Process Engineer (Starshield)

📋 Description

• Troubleshoot root causes and corrective actions for Starshield hardware.
• Contain non-conforming product; drive root-cause investigations.
• Lead data-driven corrective actions using yield and defect data.
• Collaborate with Integration & Test to improve processes and test coverage.
• Improve final yield via design and manufacturing improvements.
• Document failure analyses, test results, and corrective actions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering.
• 1+ years in process/manufacturing/reliability engineering.
• Master’s degree in mechanical engineering (preferred).
• 3+ years in electro-mechanical hardware.
• Programming in Python, C, or SQL for data analysis.
• Active clearance or willingness to obtain one.
