Translate production engineering strategy into quarterly priorities and plans.
Own process execution across lines, improving FPY, throughput, cycle time, rework.
Create a high-performance operating cadence for priorities and reviews.
Set standards for process validation, work instructions, training, and controls.
Drive cross-functional alignment with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Design.

Experience leading manufacturing/process engineering teams in high-velocity production.
Strong ability to set standards, coach engineers, and create leverage through others.
Able to trade off velocity vs rigor with good judgement on risk escalation.
