📋 Description

• Lead and deliver Process Excellence initiatives with Continuous Improvement to improve safety
• Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and development for direct team members; collaborate with
• Lead and deliver Process Excellence projects with measurable and sustainable improvements in cost
• Promote a safe workplace and 5S culture through audits and best practices.
• Analyze, map, and optimize business processes; support SOP/work procedures development and
• Drive KPI management, visual management, and follow-up on performance gaps.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Business, Chemistry, Operations, or related field.
• C1/C2 German is an absolute must.
• Experience leading CI initiatives in technical, manufacturing, lab, supply chain, or operational
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required; Black Belt preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, CI, and Operational Excellence methodologies.
