🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Business, Chemistry, Operations, or a related
C1/C2 German is an absolute must
Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives within a technical, manufacturing
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification required, Black Belt preferred
Demonstrated leadership experience, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
Strong knowledge of Lean, Continuous Improvement, and Operational Excellence methodologies.
