📋 Description

• Lead process improvement initiatives: Evaluate, design, standardize, and optimize operational
• Coordinate strategic programs and workstreams: Plan, execute, and oversee operational initiatives
• Manage project plans and operational readiness: Develop and maintain integrated project plans
• Establish and maintain governance practices: Coordinate governance meetings, document decisions
• Monitor risks and resolve operational issues: Identify execution barriers, resource constraints
• Develop reporting and performance insights: Prepare executive-ready dashboards, status reports

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Operations Management
• At least 4 years of experience coordinating enterprise-level operational processes, projects
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt certifications.
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated experience maintaining project plans, schedules, process documentation, decision logs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level reports and
