Process Improvement Lead

📋 Description

• Support the stand-up and implementation of a new government healthcare contract, helping establish
• Partner with leaders and cross-functional teams to assess current processes, identify improvement
• Help design and implement standardized operating procedures and controls across claims
• Monitor claims and financial inventory to identify trends, bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities
• Develop and implement workflow enhancements that improve efficiency, quality, visibility, and
• Establish and monitor operational controls designed to support accurate, timely, and compliant

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in operations supporting claims administration.
• 2+ years of project management experience, including experience supporting large-scale projects.
• Lean Six Sigma or Project Management certification required.
• Demonstrated experience identifying operational inefficiencies and implementing process
• Strong understanding of claims operations, workflows, inventory management, and operational
