Process Intelligence and Value Consultant

📋 Description

• Audit IT organizations, identify gaps and operational pain points
• Recommend improvements based on ITIL, Lean, COBIT best practices
• Propose implementation roadmap and drive to measurable value
• Use process mining tools (Celonis, PM4Py) to map high ROI pain points
• Serve as client entry point, collect needs, drive task forces, ensure SLA/SLR objectives
• Manage client relationship, propose contract evolution

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree minimum (Bac+5) with proven experience in IT project management
• ITIL certification and mastery of ITSM tools
• Experience in operational management and performance management
• Excellent communication skills, conflict management, presentations to management
• Analytical and synthesis mindset, proactive, curious, autonomous
• English proficiency
