Process Lead

📋 Description

• Lead pack and receive inbound inventory during low volume hours
• Manage ICQA during low volume periods
• Support shift coverage using carts, pallet jacks, dollies, etc.
• QB and direct all associate activities during the shift
• Escalate site issues in real time to Site Leadership, Regional Leadership, and Live Monitoring
• Oversee facility operations and ensure subsequent shifts start strong

🎯 Requirements

• 2 years of internal Gopuff experience
• 2+ years of leadership experience in retail, grocery, military, restaurant or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in improving processes; ServeSafe Certification highly preferred
• Ability to work with fluid schedules; peak hours 5pm - 3am; weekends
• Stand, bend, reach and walk during shifts
• Lift up to 49 pounds
