Process Lead

📋 Description

• Lead the Pack and Receive and Kitchen teams during shifts.
• Ensure order accuracy and fast, efficient delivery to customers.
• Coach, motivate, and develop team for great customer experiences.
• Manage shift tasks and coordinate with Site Leadership.
• Oversee facility operations and set up next shifts for success.
• Escalate issues in real time to leadership and Live Monitoring.

🎯 Requirements

• 2 years internal Gopuff experience
• 2+ years leadership experience in retail, grocery, military, restaurant or equivalent
• 1+ years improving processes and efficiencies; ServeSafe certification highly preferred
• Ability to work with fluid schedules; peak hours 5pm-3am; weekends
• Team-oriented mentality
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds
