  • Pack and receive inventory during low-volume periods.
  • Lead the Pack, Receive and Kitchen teams each shift.
  • Coach and motivate the team to deliver accurate orders.
  • Escalate site issues to Site/Regional Leadership in real time.
  • Ensure completion of shift checklists and handoffs for OA/Kitchen.
  • Oversee shift operations and train new associates.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2 years of internal Gopuff experience.
  • 2+ years leadership in retail, grocery, military, or restaurant.
  • 1+ years improving processes; ServeSafe certification preferred.
  • Ability to work 5pm–3am and support weekends.
  • Team-oriented mentality.
