Process Lead - Fresh Grocery

📋 Description

• Quarterback and direct all associate activities across receiving, picking, packing and truck
• Assign labor across inbound and outbound to hit receiving windows and truck departure times
• Escalate site issues in real time to Site Leadership, Regional Leadership and Live Monitoring
• Ensure completion of open/close checklists for the OA team, and set up the next shift to succeed
• Develop and train new associates on fresh receiving, cold chain, pick/pack and loading standards
• Support the team in path during coverage gaps, including use of carts, pallet jacks, dollies and

🎯 Requirements

• 2 years of internal Gopuff experience
• 2+ years of leadership experience in grocery, retail, warehouse/distribution, military, restaurant
• 1+ years of experience improving processes and efficiencies
• Experience with fresh or perishable product, cold chain or food handling (highly preferred)
• ServSafe or food handler certification (highly preferred)
• Comfortable working in cooler and freezer environments for long stretches
