📋 Description

• Lead development of manufacturing processes for parenteral drugs with a cross-functional team.
• Work on pipeline projects (e.g., monoclonal antibodies, antibody-drug conjugates) in PaMS.
• Develop and standardize process development approaches under scientific, regulatory, and process
• Support technology transfer to commercial manufacturing sites and optimize processes accordingly.
• Contribute to automation and digital data handling within the group.
• Maintain GMP/GSP-compliant documentation and regulatory filing support.

🎯 Requirements

• Science degree in Pharmacy/Biology/Biotechnology/Chemistry/Process Engineering or related field
• Extensive experience in drug development or manufacturing, preferably biotechnological products.
• Strong technical/pharmaceutical understanding of parenteral manufacturing processes.
• Ability to apply literature to practical problems; excellent written and verbal communication in
• Interest in digitalization; data management experience is a plus.
• Willingness to work in a collaborative, international environment with regulatory awareness.
