Process Management Associate, Provider Operations

📋 Description

• Analyze and map existing business processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Develop and implement process improvements and SOPs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of relevant experience.
• 3+ years in process management or improvement.
• 2+ years using Lean Six Sigma, BPMN, or similar frameworks.
• 2+ years of end-to-end process mapping experience.
• Bonus: experience with Excel, SQL, Python.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher is a bonus.
