Process Management Associate, Provider Operations

📋 Description

• Conduct analysis of existing processes, map workflows and data.
• Gather requirements with stakeholders; define improvement objectives.
• Develop and implement process improvements and SOPs.
• Create process diagrams and documentation; standardize workflows.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma to identify bottlenecks and waste.
• Lead or participate in improvement projects and measure outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or 3+ years commensurate experience.
• 3+ years of work experience in process management or improvement.
• 2+ years using Lean Six Sigma, BPMN, or similar frameworks.
• 2+ years of end-to-end process management and mapping.
