Process Management Associate, Provider Operations

📋 Description

• Analyze existing business processes, map processes, collect data, and identify improvements.
• Gather requirements with stakeholders and set improvement objectives.
• Develop and implement process improvement strategies; create SOPs and workflows.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and waste.
• Lead or participate in improvement projects; ensure successful outcomes.
• Monitor performance using metrics and present findings to management.

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or 3+ years commensurate experience.
• 3+ years in process management or process improvement.
• 2+ years using Lean Six Sigma, BPMN, or similar frameworks.
• 2+ years end-to-end process management and mapping.
• 2+ years using data tools (Excel, SQL, Python).
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher.
