📋 Description

• Design, implement, and improve operational workflows across SMN.
• Identify bottlenecks and translate findings into scalable processes.
• Standardize ways of working across regions for consistency.
• Lead AI automation and tooling initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure adoption of new processes.
• Define KPIs to measure efficiency and drive decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Math, Statistics, or Data Analytics.
• 5+ years in strategy/operations consulting, supply chain, or media ops.
• Strong experience in process design, optimization, and automation.
• Data-driven with KPI definition and performance measurement.
• Hands-on mindset; able to move from strategy to execution.
• Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, Notion, Airtable) and AI tools.
