Process Optimization Engineer

📋 Description

• Analyze industrial and manufacturing processes to identify optimization opportunities.
• Partner with customer engineering and operations teams during software deployment.
• Gather, interpret, and analyze operational and production data to support process optimization.
• Translate customer operational requirements into process improvement recommendations.
• Support implementation of industrial software and digital transformation solutions.
• Develop process documentation, workflows, and best-practice recommendations.

🎯 Requirements

• Background in Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related.
• Experience optimizing industrial/manufacturing processes via engineering, data analysis, or digital tech.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret operational and production data.
• Understanding of manufacturing operations and process industries.
• Experience supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
• Excellent communication with customer engineering and operations teams.
