📋 Description

• Own CS risk appetite framework and risk registry evolution.
• Partner with Insider Threat to integrate investigations into risk governance.
• Lead end-to-end root cause resolution across functions.
• Govern AI risk in high-stakes decisions; ensure human-in-the-loop.
• Build and lead a new, high-performing risk team.
• Publish executive risk narratives and dashboards for leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Business, Risk, Finance, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in risk, compliance, governance, or operational risk.
• Proven program management for cross-functional remediation and closure.
• Experience collaborating with investigations teams; translate findings into risk intel.
• Experience evaluating AI/ML systems for risk governance; assess model outputs.
• Strong ability to synthesize ambiguous info into exec risk narratives.
