📋 Description

• Lead a team of 6+ process technicians for electrode production coverage.
• Coordinate with process engineering to train and mentor the team.
• Continuously improve materials prep and production processes.
• Execute daily management to meet yield and throughput KPIs.
• Lead installation and assembly of new equipment/tools.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in a leadership role in manufacturing or R&D.
• Familiar with materials handling and general lab practices.
• Strong safety mindset in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort using digital tools and ticketing systems.
• Ability to see the big picture and manage impactful opportunities.
