Process Technician, Injection Molding (Starlink) - 2nd shift

📋 Description

• Maintain uptime of automated injection molding machines
• Document process settings with setup sheets and process books
• Oversee instructions, parameters, checklists, and training materials
• Operate, calibrate, and repair molding equipment on the floor
• Meet production, quality, and inventory goals

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency
• 1+ year manufacturing experience
• 3+ years plastic injection molding in production
• Strong troubleshooting with Paulson or RJG processes
• Knowledge of robotics and auxiliary equipment for molding
• Experience with multi-shot molding and automated color blending
• 3+ years in highly automated injection molding cells (Engel machines)
• Electrical wiring experience; PLCs and sensors
