🎯 Requirements

• 3 years of experience in manufacturing environments.
• Experience monitoring processes in an assembly, production, or related industry.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with an understanding of manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Familiarity with process control systems, data analysis, and statistical methods.
• Excellent problem-solving and root cause analysis skills; ability to troubleshoot complex technical
