📋 Description

• Facilitate training courses in live and online formats.
• Design and develop need-based L&D programs to support the business.
• Manage data per L&D requirements during training cycles.
• Collaborate with SMEs to convert expert content into learner-friendly formats.
• Create and manage project plans and training timelines; drive improvements.
• Liaise with L&D and business to ensure consistent practices and scheduling.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in US Mortgage Origination Services.
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good people management skills.
• Ability to liaise with onshore and offshore teams to drive process changes.
