Process Trainer - North

📋 Description

• Design and deliver training on lending products, processes, compliance, and operations.
• Develop training content: presentations, manuals, SOPs, assessments, and e-learning.
• Conduct classroom, virtual, and field training to transfer knowledge and build skills.
• Collaborate with stakeholders/SMEs to align learning with business objectives.
• Evaluate trainee performance via assessments, feedback, and tracking to identify gaps.
• Provide ongoing coaching to sales teams to improve productivity and conversions.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in Sales Training/L&D in Banking/NBFC/Fintech; travel willing.
• Design and deliver training on lending products, processes, compliance, operations.
• Develop training content: presentations, manuals, SOPs, assessments, e-learning.
• Conduct classroom, virtual, and field training to develop skills.
• Collaborate with stakeholders/SMEs to align with business goals.
• Graduate/Postgraduate; Training & Development cert is a plus.
