Process Transformation Specialist

📋 Description

• Map current-state processes end to end, including exceptions, workarounds, handoffs, and data
• Facilitate redesign workshops with functional leads and regional process owners; drive to a single
• Translate future-state designs into system requirements (Workday business processes, Greenhouse
• Define process metrics, establish baselines, and run the continuous-improvement cadence.
• Establish the reusable framework (standards, BPMN notation, templates, and a process repository) so
• Work with function leads beyond HR to prioritise and scope the next processes to re-engineer.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in business process re-engineering, process excellence, or operational excellence, using
• Redesign experience in at least one Business Operations function (e.g., HR, Finance, Procurement
• Hands-on experience with enterprise platforms. Working knowledge of Workday business processes (HCM
• Strong facilitation — you run workshops that get senior stakeholders to decisions, and you balance
• Data literacy: you design processes with measurement in mind and are comfortable analysing process
• A pragmatic grasp of automation and AI workflow automation, integrations, and AI agents — and good
