Processing Manager - Portfolio

📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop Portfolio processing team.
• Own the quality, speed, and consistency of loan movement through the department.
• Guide portfolio products (chattel and land-home) across guidelines.
• Build and maintain policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and assist in various tasks.
• Collaborate with underwriting, closing, and origination to streamline processes and hit goals.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ Years in mortgage processing and/or underwriting.
• Extensive Encompass experience.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding department goals.
• Deep knowledge of mortgage guidelines, with focus on chattel and land-home products.
• Proven leadership and team-building skills with the respect of the people you lead.
• Experience managing performance, handling hard conversations, and developing people.
• Strong grasp of pipeline management, SLAs, and production metrics.
• Manufactured Housing knowledge; Construction-to-Permanent financing experience a plus.
