๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Own a pipeline of homeowner applications from intake through underwriting handoff with Sales and Underwriting to close investments.
  • Move cases through processing and coordinate with Sales/Underwriting teams.
  • Collect supplemental information from homeowners via our task/to-do service.
  • Place orders with third-party vendors for documentation and reports underwriting needs.
  • Communicate with vendors to track orders, follow up on items, resolve issues.
  • Review all documentation for completeness and accuracy against guidelines.
  • Compile the full application package and initial review for underwriting.
  • Keep our Sales team informed as the homeowner's single point of contact.
  • Coordinate with Signing and Funding teams to close and fund investments.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 1-3 years in an applicable role (loan processing, finance ops, compliance, servicing, or paralegal work).
  • Track record in roles where accuracy, completeness, and efficiency mattered.
  • Comfort collaborating cross-functionally and escalating issues as needed.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong computer and CRM skills; Salesforce experience.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
