📋 Description

• Validate pricing, legal entities, categories, and requisition lines; create and finalize purchase
• Follow up with vendors for missing information, review tax and banking documentation for
• Support Accounts Payable in unblocking aged invoices by following up with business requesters to
• Route contracts for signature in Ironclad, coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors, and
• Triage requests; assess urgency, route questions to the right owners, and track issues through
• Monitor procurement intake and follow up with cross-functional stakeholders to meet established

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in procurement operations or procure-to-pay support, including
• Experience supporting vendor onboarding, vendor data, contract coordination, and employee helpdesk
• Deep familiarity with procurement/P2P tooling (e.g. Ramp, Ironclad, Zip, or similar) and a bias
• Strong attention to detail when reviewing pricing, entities, categories, and purchasing records
• Working knowledge of AP and payment processes, so you can hand off cleanly to AP and troubleshoot
• Clear communication and strong organization, with the ability to manage deadlines, coordinate
