📋 Description

• Manage Procore implementation projects from planning through completion, ensuring successful
• Establish and maintain relationships with client stakeholders, providing strategic guidance and
• Configure, maintain, and optimize client Procore environments for reliable performance and daily
• Lead implementation of Procore tools across pre-construction, project management, financial
• Manage schedules, reporting, custom solutions, meeting docs, status updates, and post-project
• Coordinate and deliver training sessions with supporting materials to improve adoption.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Procore, including at least 2 years of implementation/administration.
• Strong understanding of Procore functionality, especially financial modules, PM tools, and config.
• 4+ years in the construction industry with knowledge of construction processes.
• Proven experience in software implementations, tech consulting, or customer-facing solutions.
• Familiarity with PM platforms like Primavera Unifier, Microsoft Project, e-Builder, Newforma, or
• Strong PM, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills; attention to detail.
