Procure-to-Pay Buyer

📋 Description

• Serve as the procurement partner for your function, main contact for stakeholders
• Coordinate with owners, finance, CFO, and procurement team
• Manage end-to-end P2P: sourcing, negotiation, contract review, PO issuance
• Engage vendors, set commercial tone, protect company position
• Enforce policies: PO before engagement, vet via intake forms
• Capture contract metadata and renewal clauses for accrual engine

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 7 years in procurement, sourcing, or supply-chain
• End-to-end P2P experience: sourcing, negotiation, redlining, POs
• Strong stakeholder management with VPs/Dept Heads
• Contract terms knowledge, 3-way matching, financial controls
• Advanced P2P system skills; prefer Coupa (or Ariba/NetSuite)
• Business English; experience with US executives, domain knowledge in Track
