Procurement Agent

📋 Description

• Manage full procurement lifecycle for project materials and equipment.
• Forecast needs, develop bids, and execute purchase orders.
• Expedite major equipment and materials to meet timelines.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Project Management, Construction, and vendors.
• Maintain procurement records and support invoice verification.
• Ensure proper documentation and workflow coordination across departments.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Three to five years of purchasing/procurement/supply chain experience.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
• ERP or procurement systems experience (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Viewpoint Spectrum) preferred.
• Familiarity with data analytics tools and electrical materials is a plus.
