Procurement Analyst

📋 Description

• Lead contract administration with vendors; manage renewals and terms.
• Analyze vendor quotes using spend history and benchmarks.
• Manage procurement data and systems for accuracy and reliability.
• Maintain procure-to-pay compliance; deliver training materials.
• Lead procurement projects from inception through completion.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders across Finance, Legal, Operations, IT, and vendors.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
• 2–4 years in procurement ops, vendor management, or finance.
• Knowledge of procurement processes, best practices, and trends.
• Experience with procurement systems and procure-to-pay platforms.
• Strong analytical skills; proficient with data analysis tools.
• Experience in contract negotiation and vendor management.
