Procurement and Spend Manager

📋 Description

• Build and own n8n’s procurement and spend-management function.
• Lead negotiations for cloud and AI commitments, incl. SaaS and services.
• Create category strategies and negotiation playbooks for cloud, AI, SaaS & contractors.
• Own vendor onboarding, performance, renewal, consolidation, and offboarding.
• Reduce SaaS sprawl and optimize renewals.
• Govern contract lifecycle and risk with central storage and obligation tracking.

🎯 Requirements

• Function-building experience in procurement/spend-management.
• Deep experience across sourcing, vendor management, category strategy, and contracts.
• Independent commercial negotiation with strong terms on cloud/AI spend.
• Spend-ownership mindset: disciplined spend approvals, monitoring, and reporting.
• Operator mindset: turn ambiguous workflows into scalable processes.
• AI-native working style: use AI and automation to remove repetitive work.
