Procurement Category Manager

📋 Description

• Develop and execute category strategies aligned with business goals.
• Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to identify sourcing opportunities.
• Manage end-to-end procurement activities for assigned categories, including RFx processes
• Monitor category performance and implement cost-saving initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic suppliers.
• Lead supplier performance reviews and implement corrective actions when needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5+ years in procurement, category management, or strategic sourcing.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Proven experience in process improvement and change management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Team management experience; proficiency in procurement systems (ERP, e-sourcing) and MS Office.
