Procurement Coordinator

📋 Description

• Assist procurement team in qualifying suppliers and preparing supplier proposals
• Coordinate formal requests for proposals for goods and services
• Evaluate project proposals and manage supplier awards
• Monitor supplier performance across delivery and pricing with internal teams
• Maintain relationships within the renewable energy industry and communicate status to stakeholders
• Apply knowledge of renewable energy systems to project preconstruction processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical discipline
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience or equivalent
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of procurement process and contract negotiation
• Organizational and time-management skills with deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Project
