Procurement Director - EMEA

📋 Description

• Lead the EMEA Category Management team, directing category strategy execution across the region's
• Lead Category Management team to develop the Preferred Supply partners and lead the Supplier
• Implement Volta's global sourcing standards, procurement policy and end to end procurement process
• Own the procurement plan for every active project in the EMEA portfolio, aligned to each project's
• Track and secure long lead equipment such as transformers, switchgear, generators, chillers and
• Lead negotiation of regional supply and framework agreements, working closely with Procurement

🎯 Requirements

• A track record of 10 or more years in procurement across data center, energy or large scale
• Direct experience across EMEA supply chains and vendor markets
• Experience leading a category management team, setting and enforcing sourcing discipline across
• A track record negotiating master and framework agreements and managing OEM relationships for long
• Experience operating inside a matrix delivery organization, balancing functional standards against
• Comfortable working alongside legal counsel on complex commercial and contractual terms
