Own sourcing and procurement across Facility Management and Construction
Drive supplier selection, negotiations, framework agreements, and contract implementation
Manage strategic supplier relationships and contractual compliance
Act as FM Category Manager and drive category performance
Ensure FM service delivery across the retail portfolio
Monitor portfolio condition and support CAPEX/OPEX planning

🎯 Requirements

At least 5 years in Facility Management, Procurement, Construction, Real Estate or related field
Strong sourcing and supplier management experience
Excellent communication skills; fluent in Swedish and English
Proactive, structured, data-driven, and collaborative mindset
Experience with energy efficiency initiatives and lifecycle planning is a plus
