Procurement Finance Manager

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end sourcing and procurement from needs to contracts
• Build relationships with key suppliers; monitor performance
• Develop procurement policies, processes, and approvals
• Partner with Finance to manage budgets and spend
• Negotiate pricing and terms; coordinate with Legal
• Onboard new vendors; coordinate due diligence with Legal and Compliance

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in procurement, purchasing, or vendor management
• Proven negotiation track record and cost savings
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and vendor risk
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Strong analytical skills with spend data and business cases
• Experience cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and stakeholders
