Procurement Intern

📋 Description

• Assisting with the implementation and day-to-day administration of the Purchase Order (PO) process
• Managing PO creation and receipt process
• Monitoring of process implementation and adoption by other departments
• Assisting with Procurement and PO process enhancement projects
• Support in training material development and training delivery to drive adoption
• Support in invoice dispute resolution cases

🎯 Requirements

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Hands off in the use of analytical tools
• Good communication and interpersonal skills including English. Basic Portuguese knowledge is a bonus
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in business administration, supply
