🎯 Requirements

• Relevant legal or contractual qualifications: paralegal, Chartered Legal Executive, law degree
• At least four years of experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts
• Hands-on experience with NDAs, MSAs, framework agreements, supply contracts, and standard-form
• Solid understanding of contractual risk areas: liability, indemnities, insurance, warranties
• Experience managing high volumes of agreements against tight deadlines, preferably with CLM
• Exceptional attention to detail, precise drafting, strong document management, and ability to
