📋 Description

• Draft and negotiate mutual and unilateral non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) with suppliers
• Draft and negotiate Master Services Agreements (MSAs), supply agreements, order forms, statements
• Support regional procurement leaders in negotiating framework agreements, including pricing
• Collaborate with delivery contracts specialists to prepare and manage construction and project
• Assess supplier and contractor amendments against negotiation playbooks, prepare issue lists
• Identify non-standard or higher-risk contractual provisions (e.g., liability caps, indemnities

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant legal or contractual qualifications (paralegal, Chartered Legal Executive, law degree
• At least 4 years of experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, ideally
• Hands-on experience with NDAs, MSAs, framework agreements, and supply contracts; working knowledge
• Solid understanding of contractual risk areas: liability, indemnities, insurance, warranties
• Experience managing high volumes of agreements against tight deadlines under supervision
• Exceptional attention to detail, precise drafting, strong document management, ability to assess
