📋 Description

• Manage activities from strategic sourcing to contracting, ensuring execution aligns with category
• Maintain compliance with procurement policy; ensure supplier diversity and sustainability value.
• Drive supplier management; align to SRM strategy with Procurement Lead and Category Managers.
• Implement risk mitigation with Category Managers; report procurement risks to protect the org.
• Own source-to-contract and requisition-to-pay processes; identify process inefficiencies.
• Enable savings and ensure supply; lead continuous improvements in PSC operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or related field.
• 7+ years in procurement or supply chain; pharma industry knowledge preferred.
• Experience managing teams and procurement operations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Fluent in English and German (written and spoken).
