🎯 Requirements

5-10 years in procurement, strategic sourcing, and capex.
Real estate searches, site selections, and high-stakes lease negotiations.
Banking/fintech procurement experience, especially branch rollouts.
ERP/Procurement tools: SAP, Oracle, NetSuite; e-procurement.
CIPS, CIPSMN, or NIESV membership (desirable).
Degree in Procurement/Supply Chain/Estate Management or related (desirable).
