Negotiate pricing, SLAs, support terms, warranties, delivery timelines and licensing models
Manage urgent hardware buys for trading infrastructure
Track IT market trends, pricing and supply conditions
Review and negotiate MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, licence agreements and DPAs
Manage contracts register and renewal calendar

🎯 Requirements

8-12 years in procurement, at least 5 years in IT/technology categories
Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, supply chain or related field
Solid understanding of IT hardware, networking, software licensing models and cloud pricing
Strong negotiation skills with measurable savings record
Experience drafting and negotiating technology contracts and SLAs
Working knowledge of Indian procurement requirements (GST, TDS, import and customs)
