Procurement Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end procurement for key categories.
• Directly negotiate pricing, terms, and SLAs with vendors.
• Own vendor relationships; troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Process and manage purchase orders and requisitions.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, IT, and stakeholders to unblock purchases.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of procurement experience.
• Strong negotiation skills with track record of favorable vendor deals.
• Comfort with ambiguity; hands-on across strategy and execution.
• Experience with procurement/ERP systems (Olive, Tropic, NetSuite).
• Strong analytical skills; able to build spend analyses.
• Excellent communication; build trust with stakeholders.
