Procurement Manager

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end procurement process for key categories including sourcing, RFPs, negotiation, and
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and service levels directly with vendors
• Own vendor relationships day-to-day, troubleshooting issues as they arise
• Process and manage purchase orders and requisitions directly when needed
• Partner with Finance, Legal, IT, and department stakeholders to resolve procurement questions
• Monitor vendor performance and compliance, following up on issues

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of procurement experience with hands-on, execution-focused work
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing favorable vendor deals
• Comfort with ambiguity and willingness to handle high-level strategy to manual PO entry
• Experience with procurement/ERP systems (e.g., Olive, Tropic, NetSuite)
• Strong analytical skills for building spend analyses
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust across departments
