Procurement Manager

📋 Description

• Lead sourcing initiatives across indirect spend categories (Marketing, Professional Services
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to develop sourcing strategies aligned with objectives.
• Manage competitive sourcing events (RFPs/RFIs/RFQs), supplier evaluations, negotiations, and
• Negotiate terms, pricing, service levels, and contract provisions with Legal, Finance, and business
• Develop supplier relationships with performance reviews, risk management, and continuous
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulatory requirements throughout the lifecycle.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field; 7+ years
• Proven experience leading complex sourcing initiatives and negotiating with suppliers.
• Experience with procurement platforms such as Zip, Coupa.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills with data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management across all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
