Procurement Manager

📋 Description

• Design procurement and MRP strategy to scale with growth
• Negotiate with key suppliers and own planning parameters end to end
• Turn supply chain data into actionable leadership recommendations
• Mentor a direct report and exercise sound judgment to avoid escalation
• Lead or co-lead process improvement projects to cut cost, cycle time, or risk
• Oversee end-to-end order management for high-value accounts

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in purchasing, PO processing, and inventory mgmt
• 1+ year global sourcing outside domestic vendor networks
• 2+ years contract negotiation experience
• 2+ years of people management experience
• Own MRP parameters: lead times, safety stock, reorder points
• Experience with large ERP systems (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, Sage)
