📋 Description

Directly manage and develop the procurement team and performance
Translate strategy into team priorities and daily execution
Own PO and procurement workflow in Jira and NetSuite

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management
2+ years in people management

Experience driving process improvement and documentation in procurement/ops
Ability to translate strategic direction into team execution
Excellent communication and stakeholder management across Finance, IT, InfoSec, Legal, and vendors
