Procurement Manager

📋 Description

• Develop and implement the global procurement strategy in line with company and departmental
• Lead RFQ, RFP, tendering, and sourcing processes across all PSD locations
• Negotiate commercial agreements, framework contracts, and strategic supplier partnerships
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key suppliers
• Monitor supplier performance through KPIs and service level agreements (SLAs)
• Manage procurement contracts in cooperation with Legal and other stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or commercial management
• University degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Law
• Professional certification such as CIPS, CPSM, or equivalent will be considered an advantage
• Proven experience developing and implementing procurement strategies within multinational
• Strong experience in supplier management, tendering, and contract negotiations
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to assess costs, risks, and business value
