Develop and execute annual procurement strategy aligned with SGS Philippines and Guam business
Establish category management strategies for laboratory equipment, inspection services
Lead complex RFQs, RFPs, tenders, and strategic sourcing initiatives.
Implement total cost of ownership (TCO) approaches and conduct spend analysis.
Own supplier governance including accreditation, evaluation, and performance management.
Lead commercial negotiations and ensure favorable contracts, SLAs, and risk terms.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering
MBA or Master's Degree advantageous.
Professional certifications preferred: CIPS, CPSM, CSCP, or PMP.
Minimum 8 years progressive procurement experience.
Minimum 5 years in managerial procurement leadership role.
Experience in strategic sourcing, contract management, supplier governance, importation/customs
